MAINE Sch. Admin. Dist. No. 1 v. Comm’r, 659 A.2d 854 (Me. 1995). Plaintiffs, school districts and students, challenged an amendment to the state’s school finance law effecting reductions in funding, on the basis of the equal protection clause of the state constitution.
